摘　　要： 在高职教育系统聚焦优质资源,实施国际化办学战略,以加快推进教育现代化。高职教育国际化办学需历经三重境界:辨识、学习国际先进的职教模式;引进、融合国际优质职教资源;建设、传扬具有中国特色的优质职教资源。 Focusing on high-quality resources in higher vocational education system to implement the international school-running strategy and stimulating the international school-running to achieve the modernization of education will experience tripartite state ： the precondition is to identify and study the international advanced mode of vocational education, the measure is to introduce and integrate international high-quality vocational education resources, and the aim is to build and spread high-quality vocational education resources with Chinese characteristics.
