摘　　要： 学生宿舍是反映学生思想动态的重要平台,也是思想政治教育的阵地之一。目前,高校思想政治教育进宿舍情况不容乐观。依据大学生特殊的身心发展特征,建立完善的宿舍管理机制,创新思想政治教育途径,对于确立学生行为规范、明确辅导员职能及创建和谐校园有着重要的意义。 Students7 dormitory is a window for demonstrating their thoughts, which makes it a platform of ideological and political education. However, currently, ideological and political education in students’ dormitories is far beyond satisfying. According to the physical and mental development features of university students, optimizing dormitory management structure and innovating new ways for ideological and political education are inevitable. It is of great importance for the establishment of students7 behaviors, the implementation of counselors7 responsibilities and the construction of a harmonious campus.
