摘　　要： 目的研究腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾周围脓肿的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月阑尾周围脓肿患者160例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用开腹手术治疗,比较两组术中及术后相关指标。结果研究组切口长度、手术时间及术中出血量相关指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间、体温正常恢复时间、抗生素使用时间、术后镇痛药使用率等相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组为12.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾周围脓肿安全性、可行性、有效性高,值得推广和应用。 Objective To study the application value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of appendix abscess. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with periappendicural abscess from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The research group was treated by laparoscopic operation, the control group was treated by open surgery, and the relative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The length of incision, opera- tion time and blood loss of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of hospitalization, the recovery time of body temperature, the time of antibioticuse and the use rate of postoperative analgesics in the study group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2. 5%, and 12. 5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Laparoscopic operation is safe, feasible and effective in the treatment of appendix abscess. It is worth to be popularized and applied.
