摘 要: 采用溶液流延法成膜制备了不同聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)含量的PMMA/偏氟乙烯与三氟乙烯共聚物(P(VDFTr FE))共混试样。采用FTIR,XRD,DSC等方法对共混试样进行了表征,研究了不同PMMA含量对共混试样的结晶、介电、储能性能的影响。表征结果显示,不同热处理方式及PMMA的引入不会改变P(VDF-Tr FE)的β晶型;随PMMA含量的增加,共混试样的结晶度降低。实验结果表明,加入PMMA后导致共混试样的介电常数、介电损耗、能量损耗降低,改善了材料的介电储能性能。 A series of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)/polyvinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene(P(VDE-Tr FE)) composite films with various contents of PMMA had been fabricated by solution casting method. The properties including crystallization,dielectric,energy storgy were characterized by DSC,FTIR and XRD. As a result,β crystal type of P(VDF-Tr FE) unchanged regardless of different thermal approach and introduced of PMMA. The introduced PMMA leads to continuously reduced crystallinity and crystal size of PMMA/P(VDF-Tr FE). As a consequence,the dielectric performance of P(VDF-Tr FE) was improved by the introduction of PMMA.
