摘　　要： 价格改革是中国经济体制改革的先声。从20世纪70年代末到90年代初,价格改革经由"两落三起"的曲折历程,最终走向市场定价制度,使中国经济体制在关键环节摆脱计划经济模式,不可逆转地走上市场经济道路。价格改革由此构成确立社会主义市场经济体制目标的实践和技术基础。 Pricing reform is the forerunner of the economic system reform of China. From the late 1970s to the early 1990s, the pricing reform went through the ＂two downs and three ups＂ of the twists and turns of the process, and ultimately the market pricing system was confirmed. As a result, the Chinese economic system cas- ted off the planned economy model in the key link, and irreversibly went on the market economy road. Therefore, the pricing reform constitutes the practice and technological basis for establishing the goal of the socialist market economic system.
