摘 要: 制备了不同钼酸铜含量的防火涂料样品,并研究了钼酸铜对膨胀型防火涂料的防火和生烟特性的影响规律。锥形量热仪实验结果表明,碱式钼酸铜能够明显降低样品的热释放速率(HRR)、总热释放(THR),并且能够提高成炭量,其中含有1%(质量分数)的碱式钼酸铜的涂料样品(M3)的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)仅为200kW·m^(-2),炭渣生成量约为39%。烟密度测试结果表明:钼酸铜的添加提高了燃烧时的比光密度,其中M3样品的比光密度最高约为58%。热重分析实验表明:碱式钼酸铜能够促进样品成炭,其中M3样品的成炭效果最好,炭渣质量约39%,明显提高了高温区热稳定性能。 Intumescent date have been prepare suppresmon propertxes flame retardant coatings containing different content of copper molybd. And the affection of copper molybdate on fire resistant and smoke of flame retardant coatings was intensively investigated. The thermal decomposition characteristics of the samples were studied by thermogravimetric analysis experiment. The cone calorimeter test results showed that molybdenum copper can significantly reduce the HRR, THR, and can increase the amount of char. The M3 sample which contained 1% of molybdate copper had the lowest PHRR (about 200 kW · m -2), and about 39% carbon residue. Smoke density test results showed that the molybdenum copper improved the ratio of the combustion, the M3 sample had the highest specific optical density about 58%. Thermogravimetric analysis results showed that the molybdenum copper had a good role in char formation, with the char residue weight about 39%, significantly improving the performance of high thermal stability.
