摘 要: 将不同浓度表观遗传修饰剂伏立诺他(SAHA)作用于一株来源于牛蒡叶的黑曲霉,并对激活后发酵液粗提物进行了杀虫抗菌活性测试、活性追踪和GC/MS分析。研究表明:激活后,黑曲霉发酵液粗提物的杀虫活性由激活前的LD50值由0.17mg·mL^(-1)提高至0.011mg·mL^(-1);并且粗提物对多种植物致病菌株均具有活性。对粗提物低极性组分进行GC/MS分析鉴定出了38个化合物,采用柱色谱方法对激活后的发酵液粗提物进行活性跟踪,最佳杀虫活性为LD50=7.304μg·mL^(-1)。 In this paper, an Aspergillus niger derived from the Arctiurn lappa L. was activated by different concentration of SAHA, and explored insect resistant and antimicrobial activity of broth extracts. This paper researched the active compounds by bioassay-guided method and with column chromatography and GC/MS. The results showed that after the activation of SAHA, the activities of broth extracts against brine shrimp(LD50) increased from 0.17 mg · mL- 1 (before activation)to 0. 011 mg · mL-1 (after activation),the resistance test against fungi and bacteria showed that after the activation of 0.2μmol· L-1 concentration of SAHA, the crude extract of fermentation inhibited the growth of several plant pathogenic bacteria. In addition, further research of different polar parts of the crude extraction indicated a relatively strong insecticidal toxicity of LD50 = 7. 304 μg · mL-1. The GC/MS data showed that there were 38 compounds in the ether phase and these compounds contained some biologically active metabolite.
