摘　　要： 目的对延时10 min观察对定向药透仪皮试结果准确性的影响进行分析探讨,为今后的临床工作,提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月,我院收治的接受过定向药透仪皮试的患者358例作为研究对象,对其进行测试5 min后观察皮试结果,若5 min判断结果呈现为阴性,但是患者自述存在不适症状者延时10 min观察,并对观察结果进行记录。结果本组受试者5 min和延时10 min观察,检出阳性患者共计65例,阳性率为18.16%,5 min以内阳性率(12.85%)较延时10 min阳性率低(0.00%)(P<0.05)。10 min后再无阳性检出。结论延时10 min观察可提高定向药透仪皮试阳性率,增加结果准确性,提高了护士工作效率,获得良好社会效益。 Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of 10 min delay observation on the accuracy of skin test results by directional medication device,so as to provide valuable references for future clinical work.Methods 358 patients who were admitted to our hospital and received skin test by directional medication device from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects.5 min after the test,the results of skin test were observed.If the results after 5 rain showed negative,but the patients self-reported symptoms of discomfort,the observation was delayed to 10 rain.The observation results were recorded.Results In this group of subjects,after 5 min and 10 rain delayed observation,a total of 65 patients were detected as positive.The positive rate was 18.16%,and the positive rate within 5 min （12.85%） was less than the positive rate within 10 rain （P〈0.05）.There was no longer positive detection after 10 rain.Conclusion The ob- servation of 10 min delay can improve the positive rate of skin test by directional medication device,increase the accu- racy of the results,improve the nurses＇work efficiency and obtain good social benefits.
