摘 要: 利用流体仿真软件对某型号柴油机上的空气压缩机漏油问题进行了计算分析。分析得到:产生漏油的主要原因是取气管直径和结构设计不合理,导致空压机进气通道阻力过大,致使气缸内部产生真空。从降低进气阻力入手,对取气管直径和结构进行了设计优化,最终确定了优化解决方案。 In this paper, using CFD software the author analyzed an oil leaking problem of an air compressor belonging to a diesel engine. Analysis obtained: the main reason of oil leaking is unreasonable intake pipe diameter and structure leading huge intake resistance, and producing vacuum in the cylinder. Starting from reducing intake resistance, the autor optimized the intake pipe diameter and structure, two best optimized solutions were confirmed finally.
