摘　　要： 针对GE水煤浆气化技术中真空过滤机运行过程中出现的问题,从原始设计和设备结构以及工艺条件等方面进行了详细分析,在此基础上采取了相应的措施进行设备改造,取得了节能降耗、提高真空过滤机运行周期的效果。 The problems appeared in the process of the vacuum filter operation in GE coal-water slurry gasification were analyzed from the aspects of original design, equipment structure and process parameters, based on which the corresponding measures were taken to modify the equipment, by which the energy saving and consumption reducing were achieved and the operating cycle of vacuum filter was prolonged.
