摘 要: 利用液力透平发电技术,合理回收利用了高压分离罐底部出口液氨的高压力能,实现了氨合成和发电的有机结合。通过恒转速调节,控制通过液力透平的高压液氨流量,避免了压力和流量波动对发电机造成的损害,实现了连续稳定发电,有效地缓解了企业用电紧张的局面,产生了良好的经济、环境和社会效益。 A method using hydraulic turbine to generate electricity was introduced, by which the high pressure energy of liquid ammonia from the bottom outlet of the high-pressure separation tank could be recovered reasonably, achieving the organic combination of ammonia synthesis and power generation. Through the constant rotation speed adjustment to control the high-pressure liquid ammonia flow rate from the hydraulic turbine can avoid the damage of motor caused by the fluctuation of pressure and flow rate. Meanwhile, this method can achieve stable electricity generating and efficiently solve the power shortage in the plant, resulting a good economic, environmental and social benefits.
