关于硫酸液下泵优化问题的阐述

摘  要: 硫酸液下泵是四川维尼纶厂合成工段乙炔净化装置的重要设备,由于硫酸介质具有强腐蚀性,长期以来,硫酸液下泵维修频繁,成本居高,对设备的安稳长满优造成极大的隐患,严重影响下游产品质量。本文通过研究延长硫酸液下泵运行周期的措施,来保证下游产品质量的稳定。针对机械密封在实际生产中存在的问题,对其进行技术分析,提出了几项改进方案并实施。改进后的机械密封取得了良好的使用效果。 Sulfuric acid submerged pump is the important equipment of acetylene purification unit in the synthesis section of Sichuan Vinylon Works. Because of the strong corrosive properties of sulfuric acid, for a long time, the sulfuric acid submerged pump required frequent maintenance with high cost, causing the great hidden dangers on the safe, stable, long-term, full load and fine operation of the equipment, and seriously affecting the quality of downstream product. In this paper, the measures for extending sulfuric acid submerged pump running cycle were studied to ensure the stability of downstream product quality. In view of the problems existing in the actual production of the mechanical seals, the technical analysis was carried out, and several improvement schemes were proposed and implemented. The improved mechanical seals have achieved good results.
