摘　　要： 选取中国31个省际2005-2014年的数据,市场化程度指数和企业异质性指数作为主要解释变量,外商投资、出口、城乡收入差距等作为控制变量,按指标占有比例分别建立三个面板数据进行GMM计量分析,研究结果表明:政府干预较高、市场化程度较低反而稳定了区域经济波动,企业异质性扩大了经济的变化率,这反映了在周期波动方面政府"理性"起着重要作用;出口、城乡收入差距和基础设施投资与经济变化率显著性的正相关;由于外商逆经济周期操作,FDI与GDP变化率显著地负相关。 This paper selects 31 Chinese provincial data of 2005 -2014, taking the degree of marketization index and enterprise heterogeneity index as the main explanatory variables, and foreign investment, export, income gap between urban and rural areas as control variables, then it sets up three panel data econometric analysis GMM according to the index pro- portion respectively. The research results show that： government intervention is higher, the degree of market is low but stable regional economic fluctuation, firm heterogeneity and expand economic rate of change, which reflects the cyclical fluctuations of the government ＂ rational＂ plays an important role; the export and income gap between urban and rural areas and infrastructure investment and economic change rate is significant the inverse of the economic cycle; foreign op- erations, FDI and GDP are significantly negative correlation.
