摘 要: 随着高阶编码格式成为高速光通信系统的主流,面向DPSK、QPSK、PM-QPSK以及QAM等新型编码格式的波长变换,成为全光网尤其是波长交换网的关键之一。对面向新型编码格式的波长变换技术进行了回顾,指出:由于四波混频对于编码格式不敏感,所以当前此类波长变换清一色的集中于四波混频技术,但其变换效率低下是一个致命的弱点。为了提高变换效率,寻求新的波长变换方案仍然是一个重要的课题。 With the development of super-high speed optical fiber communications,the high-order encoding format have been used majorly,and the all-optical wavelength conversions for DPSK,QPSK,PM-QPSK and QAM encoding format are the key problems to be solved in all-optical network,especially in wavelength switching network.This paper reviewed the research progress of all-optical wavelength conversions for new high-order encoding format,and indicated that this conversion is mainly used in four-wave-mixing technology because of the insensitivity to encoding format. But the low conversion efficiency of this method is a fatal weakness. In order to increase the conversion efficiency,find out a new scheme of all-optical wavelength is important.
