复烤加料关键参数对片烟质量的影响

摘  要: 为探索打叶复烤过程中加料工艺对在制品片烟质量的影响因素,采用单因素试验,考察了加料比例、蒸汽阀门开度等参数对在制品片烟质量的影响,并对物理指标和感官质量进行了验证。结果表明:(1)加料机蒸汽阀门开度与片烟含水率、温度呈正相关关系,且影响较大;而加料比例对片烟含水率、温度影响较小。(2)加料过程中,加料机内的蒸汽阀门开度40%~60%较为合适。(3)复烤加料工艺处理后,在一定加料范围内,片烟含水率和温度较稳定,片烟皱缩、造碎不明显,感官质量与加料前相比变化不大。 In order to investigate the influences of casing parameters in redrying process on the quality of tobacco strips, the effects of casing rate and steam valve opening on the physical indices and sensory quality of tobacco strips were studied by single factor experiment and validated. The results indicated that: 1) The opening of steam valve in casing machine positively correlated to the moisture content and temperature of tobacco strips obviously, while the casing rate did not. 2) The appropriate steam valve opening was between 40% and 60%. 3) The redried tobacco strips had relative consistent moisture content and temperature,insignificant wrinkle and breakage, and its sensory quality was basically unchanged before and after casing.
