摘 要: 激光焊接技术是一种先进的连接技术,具有速度快、线能量低、焊后变形小、接头强度高等优点,应用前景广阔。本文分析了镁合金和钛合金的物理特性以及激光焊接技术,公布了一项新型折叠自行车的专利成果,调查了镁合金、钛合金材质在自行车的应用概况,指出激光焊接这一关键技术在镁合金自行车创新中的作用,展望了镁合金在自行车行业应用的前景。 Laser welding technology is an advanced connection technology,with the advantages of fast speed,low line energy,small deformation after welding,high strength of joint and also has broad application prospect. In this paper,analyzed the physical properties of magnesium alloys and titanium alloys,and laser welding technology,announced a new type of patented folded bicycle,and the applications of magnesium alloy and titanium alloy in bicycles was investigated,pointed out laser welding is the critical technology used as the innovation of magnesium alloy bicycle.And the development prospect of laser welding technology on magnesium alloy bicycle is carried out.
