摘　　要： 农业龙头企业担保是解决农户贷款难的重要途径,然而在担保过程中龙头企业自身也存在融资意识薄弱、融资方式单一以及融资偏好不合理等问题,这些问题和挑战成为农户贷款的新障碍,因此龙头企业必须创新担保模式。通过对龙头企业担保模式创新及政策支持进行分析,认为明晰产权、完善农村物权交易市场、在龙头企业的组织下组建社区互助担保公司是创新担保方式的重要保障。最后,根据龙头企业面临的问题和挑战,对龙头企业担保方式创新提出对策建议。 The credit assurance of agricultural farmers＇ loans difficulty.
