大尺寸透明件注塑工艺热交换过程仿真

摘  要: 在计算机上对大型透明件注塑成型过程进行仿真获得模具系统以及透明件在整个注塑过程中热量的交换。应用有限元理论将连续的熔体充填型腔过程离散为每个时间内注入定量的塑料熔体,每个过程充填熔体与模具进行热交换并在下一个阶段时被新注入的熔体推动到下一个区域,用依次非连续的事件再现连续的注射过程。依靠ABAQUS软件对一系列过程进行仿真分析。结果显示透明件温度在注射过程中呈梯度分布,对应模具表面也呈现梯度分布。模具管道对动静模表面的传热不均匀,中心区域传热效果好于边缘区域。 Molding process of injection molding process of big scale and clear parts is simulated in computer to obtain heat exchange in complete injection molding process of mould system and clear parts.With infinite element theory,continuous melt filling cavity process is dispersed as melt injected at unit time; in each process, melt is injected and heat is exchanged with die,and the melt is moved to next area by new injected melt at next stage,discontinued events reappears continued injecting process.With ABAQUS software, simulate a series of process and get result.The final simulating result shows that clear part temperature distributes by graded distribution in injecting process,and also having graded distribution on die surface. Heat transferring from die pipe to surface of moving die and still die is uneven,heat transferring effect in center field is better than that of marginal area.
