大型发电机高导热绝缘材料的研究进展与应用前景

摘  要: 高导热(HTC)绝缘材料是高电压绝缘研究中比较重要的方向,具有较大的发展和应用空间。首先介绍了国内外高导热绝缘材料的发展状况,国内主要研究多胶HTC绝缘材料,但是研究进展缓慢,主要应用在小电机上;国外主要研究少胶VPI(Vacuum Pressure Impregnating)高导热绝缘材料,已有在大型机组上应用的实例。其次针对国内多胶HTC绝缘材料存在的一些关键问题进行了分析,并提出了具体的解决措施。最后介绍了哈尔滨电机厂采取新型技术方案研制多胶HTC绝缘材料,该新型技术方案可行性强,能解决多胶HTC绝缘一直存在的击穿及电老化性能不过关的问题。 High thermal conductive (HTC) insulation material is an important direction in the research of high voltage insulation, which has great development and application space. In this paper, the develop- ment of HTC insulation materials at home and abroad was introduced firstly. The researches in China mainly focused on resin-rich HTC insulation material, which was mainly applied in motor, but it devel- oped slowly. However, the researches at abroad mainly focused on vacuum pressure impregnating (VPI) HTC insulation material, and it had been used in utility-type unit. Secondly, some key problems of res- in-rich HTC insulation material in China were analyzed, and some specific solution methods were pro- posed. At last, the resin-rich HTC insulation material develped by Harbin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (HEC) using new technology was introduced. The technology has strong feasibility, which can be used to solve the problems of poor breakdown strength and electrical ageing for HTC insulation materials.
