摘　　要： 当前全球气候变化对人类社会的影响巨大,尤其是在农业生产和城市发展领域。应对气候变化,转变民众旧有的生产生活习惯成为当务之急。中原水文化历史悠久、内容丰富。作为生态文化中的一类,中原水文化的"化人"功能在气候变化大背景下的生态文明建设中不容被忽视。但在当前中原水文化建设中存在一些问题,在继续深入挖掘和创新水文化的同时,仍需要从资金保障、队伍建设、引进新技术等方面加以改善。 The impact of global climate change on human society is enormous, especially in agricultural production and urban development. Responding to the climate change, changing people＇s old production and living habits become imperative. The water culture in Central Plains has a long history and rich content. As a kind of ecological culture, the ＂people＂ function of the water culture in Central Plains can＇t be ignored in the construction of ecological civilization under the background of climate change. However, there are some problems in the construction of water culture. In the process of further excavation and innovation of water culture, we need to improve from the aspects of capital guarantee, team building and introducing new technology.
