摘　　要： 社会力量参与生态治理是推进生态文明建设的内在要求。随着经济的快速发展,社会力量参与生态治理的主体意识日益凸显,并在政府相关政策的鼓励引导下发挥了积极有效的影响。在认识到其参与生态治理的积极意义的同时,也要对其进行有效的规范和引导,要强调其参与必须是有规范的。当下中国的生态治理,要通过制度、政策的健全完善,既保证其参与持续深入推进,又要防止社会力量野蛮成长及其带来的种种乱象,危害生态文明建设。 Social forces participating in the ecological governance is the inherent requirement of pushing forward the construction of ecological civilization. With the rapid development of economy, the subject consciousness of social forces participating in ecological governance is becoming more and more prominent and has an active effective effect under the encouragement and guidance of the government-related policies. While realizing the active significance of the participation in the ecological management, we not only need to regulate and guide it effectively but also emphasize its participation in regulation. The ecological management must be improved by system and policy to ensure its participation continuously deepening and prevent social forces from growing up barbarously which brings about all variety of the mess and does harm to construction of ecological civilization.
