摘　　要： 建立生态补偿制度对于保护、管理和可持续利用湿地资源具有重要意义。文章回顾了我国湿地生态补偿制度的探索历程,分析了其中存在的问题,总结了美国湿地补偿制度的发展经验及启示,最后就建立和完善我国湿地生态补偿制度提出了完善法律法规制度体系、兼顾保护与合理利用、货币性补偿和物理性补偿并重、政府规制和市场机制相结合等建议。 The establishment of ecological compensation system has an important significance for the protection, management and sustainable use of wetland resources. The exploration process of wetland ecological compensation system in China was reviewed, the existing problems were analyzed and development experience and enlightenment of US wetland compensation system were summarized. Finally, some suggestions for establishing and improving wetland ecological compensation system in China were put forward： improving laws and regulations system, juggling protection and rational use, paying equal attention to monetary compensation and physical compensation, and combing government regulation and market mechanism.
