摘 要: 针对日益复杂的电子设备电磁兼容设计,提出基于信号完整性与电源完整性的PCB电磁兼容协同仿真方法。在实际仿真应用中,使用PCB电磁兼容协同仿真方法从降低电源平面阻抗、优化信号质量及降低整板辐射等方面对某运载火箭综合控制器主机板PCB进行仿真优化,有效减少潜在的电磁兼容性问题,提高可靠性。 A new simulation method for PCB EMC design based on SI and PI is presented. In the design of the PCB mainboard for the integrative controller in the launch vehicle, the method is used to lower the im- pedance of the power plane, optimize the signal quality and reduce the radiation of the whole PCB. It is proven that the potential EMC problems in PCBs can be solved and the reliability is improved.
