摘 要: 采用维氏硬度测试、金相显微观察、扫描电镜研究了银含量对Al-4Mg合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,微量合金元素Ag的加入会使Al-4Mg合金铸态组织中析出新的第二相,且随着银含量的增加,第二相的形态也随之发生变化;Ag的加入还使Al-4Mg合金具有时效强化的特性,从而使Al-4Mg合金的硬度得到了大幅度的提高。 The effect of the trace element Ag on the microstructure and properties of Al- 4Mg alloy has been investigated by Vickers hardness measurement, observation of microstruc- tures and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the trace alloy element Ag leads to the precipitation of the second phase in the solidification structure of Al-4Mg alloy. The shape of the second phase changes with the increase of Ag content. The addition of Ag also makes Al-4Mg alloy have the characteristics of the ageing strengthening,which improves the hardness of Al-4Mg alloy greatly.
