摘　　要： 目的探讨心理护理在PET-CT诊断肿瘤患者中应用效果。方法选取我院收治的进行PET-CT检查的疑似肿瘤患者120例作为研究对象。采用区组化分组的方式,随机将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组检查期间采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,加强护理护理。结果观察组的检查时间短于对照组,检查图像质量优于对照组,重复检查率低于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够缓解PET-CT诊断肿瘤患者的不良情绪,提高检查质量和患者的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the diagnosis of tumor patients with PET-CT. Methods 120 cases of suspected tumor patients who needed PET-CT examination were as selected the research object, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group with 60 cases and the control group with 60 cases, the control group was given routine nursing during the examination, the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention based on the control group. Results The observation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of the examination image was better than that in the control group. The rate of repeated examination was lower than that in the control group, the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the nursing group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion psychological nursing can relieve the negative emotion of PET-CT patients, improve the quality of examination and the satisfaction of patients.
