摘　　要： 目的探讨特殊管路交接单在肺切除患者全麻术后苏醒期的护理安全应用效果。方法选取我院收治的肺切除术后全麻苏醒期患者50例作为研究对象。按照进入麻醉复苏室时间顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组给予复苏室常规复苏护理,使用手术患者交接记录单。观察组患者在对照组基础上,使用复苏室自行设计的特殊管路交接单。对比两组患者管路护理效果。结果观察组苏醒期管路意外事件发生率低于对照组;观察组苏醒期因管路问题导致的躁动发生率低于对照组;观察组苏醒所需平均时间低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用特殊管路交接单,能明显降低肺切除全麻手术患者术后苏醒期管路意外事件发生率,降低苏醒期因管路问题导致的躁动发生率,缩短患者苏醒所需时间,保证了患者从手术室到麻醉复苏室、重症监护室或病房转运交接过程中的护理安全效果。 Objective To explore the effect of special line handover on nursing safety in patients with pneumonectomy after general anesthesia. Methods 50 cases of general anesthesia recovery period after pneumonectomy in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of the time into the anesthesia recovery room, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine resuscitation care in the resuscitation room, and the record of operation handover was used. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were given a special pipeline handover order designed by the resuscitation room. The effect of pipeline nursing was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pipeline accidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The incidence of restlessness caused by pipeline problems in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The average time of recovery in observation group was lower than that in control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of special line transfer orders, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative recovery of pneumoperitoneal surgery in patients with general anesthesia, reduce the recovery period due to pipeline problems caused by the incidence of restlessness, shorten the time needed to wake up the patient, to ensure that patients From the operating room to the anesthesia recovery room, intensive care unit or ward transport during the transfer of care security effect.
