pH值和尿蛋白水平对尿液分析仪管型检出率的影响

摘  要: 目的分析探讨pH值和尿蛋白水平对尿液分析仪管型检出率的影响。方法选取2015年9月—2016年9月我院收治的600例新鲜尿液标本,根据标本尿蛋白是否为阳性分为尿蛋白阳性组(n=400),尿蛋白阴性组(n=200)。600例标本均分别采用尿液分析仪和人工显微镜检测,比较两种检测方法的真阳性率和标本真阳性、假阳性与pH之间的关系。结果 400例尿蛋白阳性组患者中,尿液分析仪检测显示298例有管型,102例无管型。另外,尿液分析仪检测的真阳性高于人工显微镜镜检(P<0.05),且人工显微镜镜检检测尿蛋白阴性但管型阳性的真阳性率为17.50%。最后,600例标本中人工显微镜镜检真阳性为177例,其中pH<6.0的标本145例,占比81.92%;人工显微镜镜检真阳性为35例,pH均<6.0;另外,324例假管型中,pH≥6.0的标本有281例,占比86.67%。结论尿液分析仪可作为尿液管型检测的初筛方法,有助于提高管型的检出率和工作效率。 Objective To investigate the effect of pH value and urinary protein level on the detection rate of urine analyzer. Methods 600 samples of fresh urine specimens from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected. According to whether the urine protein was positive were devided into urine protein positive group (n = 400), urine protein negative group (n = 200). 600 samples were detected by urine analyzer and artificial microscope respectively. The relationship between the true positive rate and the true positive and false positive and the pH of the two methods were compared. Results Among the 400 patients with urinary protein positive, urine analyzer showed 298 cases with tubular type and 102 cases without tube type. In addition, the true positive rate of urine analyzer was higher than that of artificial microscope (P 〈 0.05), and the true positive rate of urine protein was negative and the positive rate of tube type positive was 17.50%. Finally, 600 cases of artificial microscopic examination of artificial samples were 177 cases, of which pH 〈 6.0 specimens of 145 cases, accounting for 81.92%; artificial microscopic examination of true positive for 35 cases, pH 〈 6.0. In addition, 324 cases of false tube, specimens of pH ≥ 6.0 were 281 cases, accounting for 86.67%. Conclusion The urine analyzer can be used as a screening method for urine tube type detection, which can improve the detection rate and efficiency of tube type.
