摘 要: 就人工晶体屈光力计算的经验和理论公式的原理、应用范围、校正方法等进行介绍,对预测准确度最重要的参数(角膜曲率、眼轴长度、有效晶体位置、球差)进行数据分析。论述通过精确测量角膜和眼轴,配合最新的理论公式,可以比较准确地预测人工晶体屈光力。 This review describes the principles and practice involved in the calculation of intraocular lens (IOL) refrac- tive power. The theories behind formulas for calculating IOL power are described, using regression and optical meth- ods. The review emphasizes the importance of establishing a precise estimation of corneal power as well as accurate techniques for the measurement of axial length and for predicting postoperative anterior chamber depth. The review con- cludes that current improvements in diagnostic and surgical technology, combined with the latest IOL refractive power formulas, make the calculation and selection of appropriate IOL power among the most effective tools in refractive sur- gery today.
