摘　　要： 在建设基层服务型党组织视域下,党日活动是高校基层党组织转变工作方式、改进工作作风,加强自身建设的重要载体。实践中,党日活动存在活动时间难以保证、形式陈旧、内容单一、活动效果差的问题。南通大学生命科学学院党总支针对现实问题,创新开展了"爱生一帮一,成长并肩行"党日活动,收到了良好的效果。该活动的经验和启示是创新党日活动要始终树立党性原则、时代性原则和实效性原则,要注重构建党日活动的融入机制、协同机制、保障机制和长效机制。 In the field of constructing service-oriented Party organization at the primary level,taking activities on the Party day in primary organization in high school has beard such responsibilities as transforming working manners,advancing style,and enhancing self-construction.. However,there lie a lot of problems including no fixed time,old-fashioned morality,single content and poor effect in practicing. Therefore,general Party branch of Life Science College creatively organized an activity named ＂ Teacher helps student for one-on-one,then we grow side by side＂,which has accepted good effect. It shows that when banging forth new ideas to activities on the Party day,we should still insist three principles--the Party character,modernity,and practical effect. What ＇s more,more emphases should be laid on building mechanisms of integration,synergy,guarantee and long term.
