摘　　要： 介绍了在具体工作过程中人文关怀护理的实施方法,提出了在人文关怀护理过程中的思考:要树立以患者为本的护理理念;要建立人文关怀护理的管理规范;要发展人文关怀护理模式病房或医院等。基于以上思路,在以后的工作中将继续深化人文关怀护理的内涵,做好人文关怀护理服务。 This paper introduces the implementation method of humanistic care nursing in the concrete work process, and puts forward some thoughts on the humanistic care nursing process, such as setting up the nursing concept with the patient-oriented; To establish the management norms of humanistic care; To develop the humanis- tic care model, ward or hospital, etc. In the future work will continue to deepen the connotation of humanistic care, and do a good humanistic care services.
