摘 要: 医疗大数据的应用深刻地改变了肿瘤诊疗模式,从医学研究、临床决策等方面推动了肿瘤诊疗模式的转变,使肿瘤的预测、诊断、治疗、监测发生了巨大的变革。数据挖掘技术已经广泛应用于肿瘤疾病中,通过对诊断、筛查、病历、检测等大量数据信息进行挖掘与分析,可用于肿瘤诊断、辅助治疗、疾病预警等多个方面。有效合理地利用医疗大数据,还面临着数据整合、数据处理、数据分析、数据隐私等诸多问题及挑战。而医疗大数据的应用必将会对肿瘤疾病的诊断和治疗产生巨大的影响和推动。 The application of medical data has changed the pattern of tumor diagnosis and treatment, through the aspects of medical research, clinical decision-making to promote the transformation of the mode of diagnosis and treatment of cancer, which makes the prediction, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of the tumor undergo great changes. Data mining technology has been widely used in tumor diseases, through data mining and analysis of medical records, diagnosis, screening, detection of large amount of data information, can be used in many aspects of tumor diagnosis, treatment, disease warning etc. If we want to make use of medical data effectively and reasonably, we also face many problems and challenges, such as data integration, data processing, data analysis and data privacy. The application of large medical data will have a huge impact on the diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases.
