卵巢早衰与体力活动相关研究

摘  要: 目的探讨体力活动与卵巢早衰发病之间的关系,以便在体力活动方面为卵巢早衰的预防提供依据。方法收集2015年11月-2017年1月于某院生殖内分泌门诊就诊的患者,确定病例组与对照组研究对象,分析2组间体力活动状况的差异,探讨体力活动与卵巢早衰发病之间的关系。结果共纳入卵巢早衰组70例,对照组224例。单因素和多因素分析结果显示,低身体活动水平是卵巢早衰发病的潜在危险因素,而高静息代谢率则是潜在减少卵巢早衰发生的有益因素[(OR值分别为5.917(95%CI:1.446~24.207)和0.048(95%CI:0.005~0.489)]。结论低体力活动可能导致卵巢早衰的发病,适当运动提高静息代谢率则可能一定程度上降低卵巢早衰的发生。 Objective The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between physical activity and premature ovarian failure, so as to provide basis for prevention of premature ovarian failure. Methods From November 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital, the case group and the control group were selected from reproductive endocrine clinic patients. Analysis was performed on differences in physical activity between the two groups. The relationship between physical activity and the inci- dence of premature ovarian failure was analyzed. Results This study included 70 cases of premature ovarian failure in the case group, and 224 cases in the control group. The two groups of each indexes for physical activity were related respectively by logistic regression analysis of single factor, thereby eliminating the influence of confounding factors. The significant vari- ables were selected for multivariate logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the low levels of physical activity (PAL) was a potential risk factor in the pathogenesis of POF, and the high resting metabolic rate was beneficial to reducing potential factors of POF. The OR values were 5.917 (95%CI:1.446-24.207) and 0.048 (95%CI:0.005-0.489). Conclusion Low physical activity may lead to the pathogenesis of POF, and appropriate exercise increasing the resting metabolic rate may reduce the incidence of POF to some extent.
