酸浸天然锰矿石低温氧化脱硝性能研究

摘  要: 文章以安徽省青阳县出产的天然锰矿作为前躯体,分别在不同浓度的硫酸溶液中浸渍,制备了不同活性的催化剂,用于低温氧化脱硝。采用X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、傅里叶转换红外光谱分析仪(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、比表面积分析、热重分析及程序升温脱附等方法对催化剂结构进行表征,探讨了温度、酸浸浓度和氧体积分数等因素对氧化脱硝性能的影响。结果表明,在3mol/L硫酸浓度浸渍下,当烟气温度为100℃、NO体积分数为0.1%时,NO_2产率可达到90%左右;当配气中单独加入5%H_2O或SO_2(<0.08%)时,NO_2产率几乎不受影响;同时加入5%H_2O和0.05%SO_2时,NO_2产率则明显下降,而SO_2停止添加后,NO_2产率可迅速恢复到90%并稳定,产物分析得到水汽和SO_2共同致使NO_2产率降低的主要原因是NO_2进一步反应变成了硝酸盐。 With the natural manganese ore produced by Qingyang County of Anhui Province as the pre-cursor, a series of catalysts were prepared by the different concentration of sulfuric acid dipping andused in the denitration with a low temperature oxidation way. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), BET specific surface area,thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and NO temperature-programmed desorptioru The influence of tem-perature, acid concentration and oxygen concentration on the denitration was investigated. The re-suits showed that the NO2 yield was exceeded 90^ when NO was 0.1%, catalyst had 3 mol/L sulfuricacid dipping and flue gas temperature was 100 ℃. Neither 5% HzO nor SOz (〈0. 08%) had any ad-verse impact on the NO2 yield, but a decrease of NOz yield was observed after 5% HzO and 0. 05%SO2 were introduced together, and cutting off the SOz supply resulted in NOz yield restoration. Themechanism resulted from the transformation of NO2 into nitrate in the reaction process.
