方钢管再生混凝土长柱偏心受压试验研究
Experimental study of the behavior of recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tubular long columns under eccentric compression

摘  要: 文章设计8根方钢管再生混凝土偏心受压长柱进行加载试验,获得偏心受压试件的承载力、破坏形态、轴向荷载-位移曲线、轴向荷载-柱中侧向挠度曲线等试验数据,分析了再生粗骨料取代率、钢管壁厚、偏心率、长细比等参数对试件受压性能的影响。研究结果表明:方钢管再生混凝土偏心受压长柱承载力,随着偏心率和长细比的增加而下降,随着钢管壁厚增大而增加;再生粗骨料取代率对偏心受压试件的承载力有一定影响,随着取代率的增加,偏心受压试件承载力呈降低趋势;方钢管再生混凝土偏心受压长柱轴向刚度,随钢管壁厚增大而增加,随再生粗骨料取代率增加而减小,长细比和偏心率则对轴向刚度影响不明显;方钢管再生混凝土偏心受压长柱的钢管壁厚、长细比以及偏心率越大,柱中侧向挠度越大,再生骨料取代率对柱中侧向挠度无明显影响。 To study the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage, thickness ofsteel tube, eccentricity and slenderness ratio on the eccentric compression performance of specimens,the load bearing capacity, the failure patterns, axial load-displacement curves, axial load-mid-span de-flection curves of eight recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tubular long columns under stepstress test were obtained. The results show that the recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentagehas certain influence on the load bearing capacity of recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tu-bular long columns under eccentric compression, which is in proportion to the thickness of steel tubeand in inverse proportion to the recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage, eccentricity andslenderness ratio. The eccentricity and slenderness ratio have no obvious influence on the axial stiff-ness of recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tubular long columns under eccentric compres-sion, which is in proportion to the thickness of steel tube and in inverse proportion to the recycledcoarse aggregate replacement percentage. The recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage hasno obvious influence on the mid-span deflection of recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tubu-lar long columns under eccentric compression, which is in proportion to the thickness of steel tube,slenderness ratio and eccentricity.
