大攻角下开缝位置改变对风力机叶片影响研究

摘  要: 风力机叶片在大攻角条件下存在着严重的流动分离现象,降低风电机组的发电效率,文章采用计算流体力学方法研究开缝位置改变对风力机叶片性能的影响。研究结果表明:在一定攻角范围下,射流会改善流动状况,缩小涡旋结构影响区域;开缝位置位于分离点附近时,气动性能最好,随着射流位置后移,其控制效果减弱,即使射流位置位于回流区,仍可减弱回流区影响范围与强度;射流有利于提高叶片升力系数,改善大攻角下叶片气动性能及稳定性。 There is serious flow separation phenomenon for the wind turbine blade in the condition ofhigh angle of attack that reduces the power generation efficiency of wind turbine. The impact of thechange of the slotted position on wind turbine blades was studied by using the computational fluid dy-namics. The result indicated that the jet improved the flow situation, reducing the affected area of thevortex structure, under a certain range of the angle of attack. The aerodynamic performance was thebest when the slotted position was located near the separation point. The control effect was weakenedwith the jet position moving backward. Even if the jet was located in the recirculation zone, the scopeand intensity of the recirculation zone could be reduced. The jet could improve the lift coefficient ofblades and improve the aerodynamic performance and stability of blades at high angle of attack.
