摘　　要： 随着医学教育事业的发展,教学方法的探索运用已经成为临床教学重点关注内容,在肾脏病教学中提高实际操作及处理能力是医学教育关注的问题。微格教学法因其以实践为导向、纠错式、反思性教学,是教育工作者讨论的热点之一。本研究将微格教学法的具体内容和实践方法做一阐述,以期为进一步提升肾脏病学学科的专业教学质量,提供参考。 With the development of medical education, the exploration and use of teaching methods has become the focus of clinical teaching content, and improving the practical operation and processing capacity is the concern of med- ical education in the teaching of kidney disease. The microteaching method is one of the hot spots of the educators＂ discussion because of its practice-oriented, error-correcting and reflective teaching. The specific content and practice of microteaching method were elaborated here to further enhance the quality of professional teaching of the Department of Nephrology and to provide reference.
