中温煤焦油中Fe和Ca分布规律的研究

摘  要: 以陕北某焦化厂的中温煤焦油为原料,对煤焦油中金属Fe和Ca的分布形态进行了研究,采用柱层析法和溶剂抽提法对煤焦油进行组分分离,通过酸萃取对煤焦油沥青质中的金属Fe和Ca进行转移,对得到的沥青质进行元素分析、凝胶渗透色谱分析、~1H NMR、FTIR等分析表征。实验结果表明,溶剂抽提法优于柱层析法,采用溶剂抽提法对煤焦油进行分离得到的沥青质芳香度较高,煤焦油中含有27.06%(w)的沥青质,沥青质中的金属Fe和Ca含量(w)高达67.19%和63.70%。表征结果表明,金属Fe和Ca多以羧酸盐和酚盐的形式存在,Fe和Ca还可能与N,O,S等杂原子配位结合;沥青质分子间、杂原子间存在的π-π相互作用使金属结合更牢固。 The distribution of Fe and Ca in coal tar was studied by using medium temperature coal tar as the raw material. The coal tar was separated by column chromatography and solvent extraction. The metal Fe and Ca in coal tar asphaltene were transferred. The asphaltene was analyzed by elemental analysis, gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, ^1H NMR, and FTIR. The results show that the method of solvent extraction is better than column chromatography. Using solvent extraction to separate coal tar, the aromaticity of is higher, and asphaltene content in coal tar is 27.06%(w). However, the 67.19%(w) and 63.70%(w) of metal Fe and Ca contents in coal tar are included. The characterization indicates that the metal Fe and Ca exist in the form of carboxylate and phenolate, and may be combined with other atomic coordination of N, O, S. The π-π interaction between asphaltene molecules and miscellaneous makes the metal bond stronger.
