摘 要: 神经病理性痛是一种发病机制复杂且治疗效果不佳的慢性疼痛综合征。针灸是祖国的传统医学,由针灸发展而来的电针作为一种辅助治疗手段已广泛应用于临床,为进一步梳理厘清电针的作用机制,本文从与神经病理性痛发生发展密切相关的信号通路、神经递质、胶质细胞以及关键信息分子等角度来综述电针对神经病理性痛的镇痛机制。 Neuropathic pain is a chronic pain syndrome with complex pathogenesis and poor therapeutic effect. Acupuncture is the traditional medical science in china. Electroacupuncture,as an adjunctive therapy,has been commonly used in clinic practice. To clarify the mechanism of electroacupuncture furtherly,this present paper will explore the analgesic mechanism of electroacupuncture on neuropathic pain by focusing on the signal pathway,neurotransmitters,glial and critical information molecule,which is related to the induction and maintenanceof neuropathic pain.
