摘　　要： 通过对舞钢市灾害类型及现状防灾避难场所进行研究,在舞钢市综合防灾规划中建立完善的道路疏散系统,缩减防灾避难场所的服务半径,规划多等级的防灾避难场所,提高生命线工程建设标准,增强城市防灾水平。建立城市综合防灾指挥平台,实现各部门的协同工作和信息共享,通过智能交通控制、防救灾设施管理和灾害手机报警系统,保证灾害发生时的人员快速疏散和快速救援。在避难场所和生命线工程建设上采用两套系统,保证灾害发生时城市重要部门和各项设施的正常运转。 Through the study on the types of disasters and the construction of disaster prevention and evacuation sites in Wugang City, establish a comprehensive disaster evacuation system, reduce the service radius of disaster prevention and evacuation sites, plan multi-level disaster prevention and refuge areas, improve the lifeline project construction standards, improve the level of urban disaster prevention. Establish the urban comprehensive disaster prevention command platform to achieve the coordination of various departments and information sharing. In order to achieve the rapid evacuation of disasters, construct a intel igent traffic control, disaster relief facilities management and disaster mobile alarm system.
