摘　　要： 乡村资源包括自然、人文、政策等多种资源,正确认知乡村资源的利用模式、特征、现状问题等对健康养老产业可持续发展具有重要意义。在对杭州市域及周边多个养老特色村深入调查的基础上,总结了乡村资源中具有养老价值的五类核心资源类型,解构了以村民自主开发型特色村和企业开发型特色村为主要载体的两种资源利用模式,分析了健康养老产业利用乡村资源过程中的特征与问题局限,并针对性地提出管理、设施配套、城乡统筹等方面的优化策略思路,促进乡村养老核心资源的高效利用与保护。 Rural resources contains natural, human, policy and many other resources, correctly recognizing the use pattern, characteristics and insufficient of rural resources is of great importance to the sustainable development of healthy old-age industry. On the basis of deep investigation of Hangzhou and surrounding areas, this paper summarizes the specific five types of core resources with the old-age value in rural resources, deconstruct two modes of resource utilization： of the villagers＇ self-developing village led by villagers and external-developing village led by enterprises, and analyzes the characteristics and problems of the process of using the rural resources in the healthy old-age industry, and put forward the optimization strategies targeted to the management, facilities, urban and rural areas and other aspects, for the more rationally efficient and protection of rural pension core resources.
