摘 要: 以贯通式培养模式为关键切入点来构建博士生教育的分流与淘汰机制,既有助于克服现有机制的"重口号、难落实"问题,而且将博士生培养过程中关键节点的质量控制落到实处,对推动由"入口戴帽"向"出口戴帽"转变的学术型博士生培养模式综合改革具有重要意义。新机制的总体思路是贯通培养,过程分流;弹性设计,双向选择;节点把控,重在落实。大口径和灵活多样的招生录取办法,博士生与导师(组)之间的动态过程选择,高效、灵活且多样的经费资助模式,多部门协同联动的动态管理和就业派遣顺畅化是改革的关键举措。 The through-type training mode is the key point of constructing the diversion and elimination mechanism of academic doctoral education, which is helpful to overcome the dilemma of "important slogan, difficult implementation" as well as to implement the key nodes quality control. It's of great significance to promote the doctoral training mode chan- ging from "entrance with doctorhood" to "export with doctorhood". Its overall ideas are as follows: through-type training with process diversion, elastic design with two-way selection, and node control focusing on implementation. The large-caliber and flexible enrollment ap- proach, dynamic mutual process selection between the doctoral students and mentors (group), efficient and flexible doctoral funding model, multi-sector collaboration for dynam- ic management and implementation of job dispatching smoothly are all key moves.
