摘 要: 对2 mm厚的Ni-Ni_3Si过共晶合金板材进行了电子束焊接。分析了电子束焊接过程中焊接速度和束流大小对焊缝成形的影响,研究了焊接热输入保持恒定时,束流大小与焊接速度对焊缝成形的贡献。在该研究范围内,随着焊接束流的增加,焊缝正面熔宽、背面熔宽和背宽比均增加,焊缝形貌由酒杯状向梯形转变;随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝正面熔宽、背面熔宽和背宽比均减小,焊缝形貌由梯形向酒杯状转变;固定焊接热输入,随着焊接规范的增大,焊缝正面熔宽减小,背面熔宽和背宽比增大。 The 2 mm thick Ni-Ni3 Si hypereutectic alloy plate was welded by electron beam welding.The influences of different parameters on the weld appearance were studied.And the contributions of electron beam and weld speed were clarified.The results showed that the weld widths of back side and top side and the ratio of the two side increase with the increase of beam current and the decrease of welding speed.The weld appearance turns to be a goblet-like shape at high welding speed and low beam current.The welding speed is significant for the top side weld width while the beam current is more significant for the back side weld width and the ratio of weld back width and weld top width.
