摘  要: 机器人产品的设计融合多个学科,其具有一定的综合性、复杂性。以六自由度机械臂的设计与运动仿真为例,借助于LabVIEW应用软件开发平台,将三维建模技术与虚拟仪器控制技术二者相融合,阐述LabVIEW在机器人产品设计与运动仿真中的可操作性及应用特点,实现了该机器人产品的设计与运动仿真。采用该方法缩短了研发周期,提高了产品研发效率。 The design of robot products integrates multiple disciplines, which has a certain comprehensiveness and complexity. With six degrees of freedom (6-DOF) mechanical arm designed and movement simulation, for example, by using LabVIEW application software development platform, the three-dimensional (3D) modeling technology and virtual instrument control technology were intere- gated, and the LabVIEW operability in robotic product design and movement simulation and application characteristic were expounded. Thus the design and movement simulation of the robot are implemented. This method is used to shorten the research and development cycle and to improve the efficiency of product research and development.
