摘 要: 许多金属零件存在飞边、毛刺,需要在成形后进行清理打磨。通过介绍飞边清理和去毛刺的常用方法以及机器人在清理打磨行业的应用现状,分析了清理打磨机器人的关键技术要求,并展望了其发展趋势。 Many metal parts need flash and burr removal and grinding after forming. The common method of flash cleaning and deburring are introduced, and for the present situation of the application of robot in cleaning and grinding industry. Then the key technical requirements of cleaning and grinding robot were analyzed. Its development trend is forecasted finally.
