摘　　要： 陶瓷非物文化遗产主要具有经济功能和教育功能。传承陶瓷非物质文化遗产不仅需要大力发掘其功能,而且还要对陶瓷非物质文化遗产施以商标、专利、商业秘密、著作权、地理标志等方面的知识产权法律保护。 There are economic and educational functions in the cultural heritage of ceramics.Inheritance of non-material cultural heritage of ceramic means not only vigorously exploring its function,but also giving them protection with law of intellectual property in trademarks,patents,trade secrets,copyright,geographical indication and etc.
