摘　　要： 耕地质量等别评定是贯彻落实耕地占补平衡制度的重要保障。本文以上海市为例,立足于土地整治项目,依托项目验收管理程序设计了补充耕地质量等别评定的工作流程;基于上海市农用地分等体系设计了补充耕地质量等别评定的技术流程,并对关键技术要点进行了阐述。以上海市某市级土地整治项目耕地质量评定为例,对文中设计的方法进行了验证。 The quality classification of cultivated land is an important guarantee for the implementation of the requisition compensation balance system of cultivated land.In this article Shanghai is taken as an example,with land consolidation project focused on,the work flow of quality classification of supplementary cultivated land is designed relying on the project acceptance management procedure,the technical process of quality classification of supplementary cultivated land is designed based on agricultural land classification system,and key technical methods are elaborated.In a case study of quality classification of a municipal land consolidation project in Shanghai,the methods designed in the article are verified.
