摘　　要： 我国经济发展步入下行通道,房地产行业进入"白银"时代,存量房交易占主导,消费行为趋于网络化,经纪行业受到资本市场青睐,这些变化对未来经纪行业的发展带来机遇与挑战。但由于委托方与经纪方存在诸多信息不对称,经纪行业面临道德风险与逆向选择困境,降低了经纪行业的效率。以不对称信息理论为指导,从信号传递和信息甄别角度提出改进建议。 China’s economy develop into a downturn.Stock housing transactions accounted for thedominant.Consumer behavior tends to network.And the real estate brokerage financing has becomemore easier.These changes bring opportunities and challenges to the development of the real estatebrokerage.Because of the information asymmetry,the real estate brokerage is trouble with the moralhazard and adverse selection.The paper gives the improvement suggestions from the angle of Signalingand Screening theory.
