摘　　要： 首先从"以人为核心"新型城镇化内涵的解读入手,结合文献梳理建构"以人为核心"新型城镇化水平评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法,对宁波市"以人为核心"新型城镇化水平进行综合评价。研究发现,宁波市区"以人为核心"新型城镇化水平综合得分最高,在评价体系的6个一级指标中5个指标都高于全市平均水平,尤其是在经济指标方面遥遥领先于其他区(县)、市;鄞州、慈溪综合得分较高,部分指标接近甚至优于宁波市区;余姚、宁海、奉化、象山综合得分较低,只有少数指标超过全市平均值。 Starting with the connotation of a new type of people-centered urbanization,thispaper suggests an evaluation index system of people-centered urbanization level.It comprehensivelyevaluates the level of the new type of people-centered urbanization in Ningbo city.Fuzzy analytichierarchy process method is used to evaluate it.Researches results are found:urban district ofNingbo city gets the highest comprehensive score in new type of people-centered urbanization level,with five indexes among six of the evaluation system higher than the average score of Ningbo city,especially a much higher score of economic index compared with that of other districts(counties)and county-level cities;Yinzhou district,Cixi city get the highest composite score,with someindexes close to or even higher than those of urban district of Ningbo city;Yuyao city,Ninghaicounty,Fenghua city,Xiangshan county get the lowest composite score,with only few indexes beyondthe average score of Ningbo city.
