摘　　要： 研究目的:探究日本海外耕地投资空间地域选择的主要影响因素,为我国海外耕地投资的空间地域选择提供借鉴。研究方法:多元回归模型。研究结果:日本海外耕地投资空间地域选择与东道国的耕地面积、市场规模、劳动力成本、国家风险水平及引资政策呈正相关;与东道国的土地产权状况、两国间的地理距离、保护力度呈负相关。研究结论:日本海外耕地投资的更倾向于分布在两国间距离较近、国家经济水平即市场规模相对较大、劳动力素质水平相对较高的国家或地区;也更倾向于国家风险较高、对于外来投资的保护力度较弱但是引资政策较优惠的国家及地区;同时也倾向于耕地资源丰富的地区,而对于可以获得东道国土地的所有权还是只可获得使用权的问题上,日本却倾向于选择获得使用权,而非所有权。 The purpose of this research is to explore main influencing factors of the spatial andregional choice of the current Japanese overseas cultivated land investment,so as to China foroverseas cultivated land investment spatial and regional choice for reference.Methods:a multivariateregression model.Results:the relationship between the spatial and regional choice of Japaneseoverseas cultivated land investment and the host country’scultivated land area,market size,labor cost,investment risk level and encouraging investment policy ispositive correlation.But therelationship between the spatial and regional choice of Japanese overseas cultivated land investmentand the host country’s land property rights,geographical distance and protection efforts of thehost county is negative correlation.Conclusions:Japanese overseas cultivated land investment ismore inclined to distribute in the closedistance between the two countries,the national economiclevel is relatively large market,relatively high level of labor quality of the country or region.Japanese overseas cultivated land investment is more inclined to the high risk of the country,theprotection of foreign investment is weak but the policy is more favorable countries and regions.Japanese overseas cultivated land investment are more likely in the area of arable land is rich inresources,and to obtain the ownership of the land of the host country or can only be to obtain theright to use,Japan has a tendency to obtain the right to use,rather than ownership.
