摘　　要： 针对"业主参与社区委员会意愿程度低、物业管理公司对居民委员会支持力度低"等问题,采用博弈论的方法,建立了业主、物业管理企业之间的博弈模型,对不同利益主体的决策和行为过程进行定量分析。结果表明:增强业主参与城市业主委员会、加强物业管理公司和社区委员会合作的重点要从社区委员会本身价值方面着手,并有针对性地对提高社区委员会自身价值提出了建设性意见。 According to the“property owners in the Community Committee wishes the degree is low,Property Management Company of the residents committee support low”,using the method of gametheory,establishes a game model between the owners and property management enterprises,carries onthe quantitative analysis and decision making behavior of different stakeholders.The results showthat the hanced key city property owners in the owners’committee,strengthen cooperation to PropertyManagement Company and community committees from the aspects of the community committee itselfvalue,and targeted to improve the value of their own community committee put forward constructivesuggestions.
